Our one true olive <3 Crafted in collaboration with Kathryn Tomajan using a blend of organic Koroneiki and Picual olives grown by the Ricchiuti family at ENZO Olive Oil Company and Rio Bravo Farm.

The apple of our eye <3 Crafted in collaboration with farmer and producer Joanne Krueger, using organic Gravenstein, Red Rome Beauty, Golden Delicious, and Pink Pearl apples hand-harvested from her orchard, Little Apple Treats.
Delivered in a 400ml (13.5oz) glass bottle. Like a good wine, apple cider vinegar will age nicely. Store your bottle in a cool dry pantry (no refrigeration necessary!).

Dried edible flowers (nature's sprinkles!) from Loria's organic home garden and local organic farms. Each flower is hand picked, dried and separated. Perfect and fun to sprinkle onto cakes, cheese, soups, dips, salads, bread, ice cream, and to infuse into hot water as a tea. Each jar contains over 1 cup of packed edible flowers + herbs.
These edible flower sprinkles will stay good for a while, just keep them in their containers and out of direct sunlight. Please note that bright colors may fade with time as we do not use any preservatives.

Last summer Curio founder Claire Cheney traveled to Sicily with her family on a sourcing trip. Claire was excited to finally meet Maurizio and Katia Marino, a brother and sister duo who run a specialty farm near their home village of Ferla. While the Marino family’s main product is an award-winning olive oil, they also harvest and dry exceptional wild herbs that flourish in the Mediterranean light and limestone-rich soil.
Our Ferla Spice captures the aroma of this enchanting place. We source the herbs directly from the farm, combine them with a touch of Sicilian sea salt and a pinch of the island’s chile to create a dynamic and robust herbal blend. Ferla Spice is easy to use for seafood, meats, grilled vegetables, and flatbreads.
